Refunds & Returns Policy:

  • No change of mind returns, refunds or exchanges.
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only and require proof of purchase.
  • Please speak to the Store Manager to request a refund or replacement product on the basis of a damaged, defective or faulty item at the event.
  • If a product is discovered to be damaged, defective or faulty within a reasonable time after the event, please send an image of your receipt, description and photos of the problem to Guest Services via the form on this page: https://bit.ly/DisneyStorePopUp to arrange a refund.

Promotion Restrictions:

  1. Valid from [Saturday 22 June 2024 (10am AEST) until Sunday 23 June 2024 (6pm AEST)] / [Saturday 29 June 2024 (10am AWST) until Sunday 30 June 2024 (6pm AWST)] or until stocks last.
  2. The Gift with Purchase promotion only applies to the first fifty (50) purchases of the Qualifying Merchandise(“Qualifying Purchase”).
  3. Purchases at Supanova 2024 – [Sydney] / [Perth] shall be governed by Disney’s terms of sale.
  4. Due to limited availability, the Promotion Product will only be gifted if supplies are available upon a  Qualifying Purchase.
  5. This Gift with Purchase promotion is limited to one gift with purchase item, being the Promotion Product, per Qualifying Purchase and one gift with purchase per customer. Any additional purchases of the Qualifying Merchandise will not qualify for the gift with purchase. 
  6. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Adjustments cannot be made and this promotion cannot be applied to prior purchases.
  7. Promotion Products may not be returned or exchanged, except as permitted under applicable law or as required by these Promotion Restrictions.
  8. If the Qualifying Merchandise is returned, then the Promotion Product must also be returned. 
  9. No refunds shall be given on the return of the free Promotion Product and the Promotion Product is not redeemable for cash.
  10. Your participation in this Promotion shows that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
