Disney Store Members Exclusive Offer for Selected Products Terms and Conditions

Sign Up and Log in to your Disney Store account to get selected products at AU$29.90 or NZ$29.90 with the “Members' Offer” Badge (“Promotion Product”) on DisneyStore.com.au (“Disney Store”) (referred to as “Promotion” in these terms and conditions).

Promotion Restrictions:

  1. Guests must sign up or log in to their Disney Store account to enjoy the Promotion, valid from the following times or until promotional stocks last:
    1. Australia: 24th March 2025, 8am AEDT until 31st March 2025, 8am AEDT
    2. New Zealand: 24th March 2025, 10am NZDT until 31st March 2025, 10am NZDT
  2. The Promotion applies to selected products with the “Members' Offer” Badge on the Disney Store website (“Promotion Product”).
  3. In addition to logging-in to your Disney Store account, guests must also add the Promotion Product to your Bag, enter the valid promo code in the section provided on the “My Bag” page and click “Apply” for the Promotion to apply.
  4. All transactions, sales of goods, returns and refunds (and applicable consumer warranties in your country) on products purchased via disneystore.com.au and use of the disneystore.com.au website shall be subject to the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use respectively (including its applicable standard return policies) as set out on the www.disneystore.com.au website, and these Promotion terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use, Disney Store’s decision on which terms prevail shall be final and conclusive.
  5. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount, except available shipping offers and purchase with purchase offers. Adjustments cannot be made and this promotion cannot be applied to prior purchases.
  6. Returns shall be subject to Disney Store's standard returns policy.
  7. This Promotion can be voided or subject to restrictions and change without prior notice.
  8. Your participation in this Promotion shows that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to the same governing laws as the Disney Store Terms of Sale.
