New Disney+ subscribers in Australia can enjoy $10 off selected items on www.DisneyStore.asia (“Promotion”) on using a coupon code provided by Disney+ from 15 May 2024 to 30 November 2024. 

Promotion Restrictions: 
1.    Valid from 15 May 2024 12:00am (AEST) to 30 November 2024 11:59pm (AEDT) (“Promotion Period”), or while stocks last. 
2.    Promotion only applies to purchases of in-stock merchandise on www.DisneyStore.com.au (“Qualifying Products”). 
3.    Promotion is only available to new Disney+ subscribers in Australia who: (i) have, during the Promotion Period, set up a new Disney+ account, and subscribed to Disney+ for the first time; and (ii) have received a unique coupon code from Disney+ (“Coupon Code”). 
4.    The Coupon Code is unique to each new Disney+ subscriber in Australia during the Promotion Period, and may only be used once. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of return(s) of products purchased, a Coupon Code that has previously been used may not be used a second time.
5.    To enjoy this Promotion, Disney+ subscribers need to ensure that they make their Disney Store purchases by using the Coupon Code at checkout in the space indicated. The Promotion discounted rates on Qualifying Products will apply when subscribers provide the unique Coupon Code at checkout where indicated. 
6.    This Promotion cannot be combined with any other promo codes, offers or discounts, except available shipping offers. Adjustments cannot be made and this Promotion cannot be applied to prior purchases, or purchases concluded without using the Coupon Code. 
7.    This Promotion can be voided or subject to restrictions and change without prior notice. 
8.    All transactions, sales of goods, returns and refunds on DisneyStore.com.au and use of the DisneyStore.com.au website shall be subject to the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use respectively (and its applicable standard return policies) as set out on the website, and these Promotion terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict between these terms, the Disney Store’s decision on which terms prevail shall be final and conclusive.
